PRINT TIME POLICY

APPROVED JOBS
Jobs that have been approved cannot be altered or changed.

APPROVAL SAMPLE SHEET
revise your order and approvals carefully. Print Time is not responsible for errors,
misspelling, omitted words or images, etc...  after the sample has been signed and approved.

JOB CANCELLATION & PRINTING DOWNGRADE
Please note that once you have paid any product(s) with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule and materials exclusively for you. If you cancel your order after you have paid, you will be subject to a fee of 100% of the grand total's order.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please make sure about what are you ordering before making a payment.

TURNAROUND TIME AND PICK-UP ORDERS
Most jobs take 7-10 business days AFTER signed approval.
Pick-up orders will be kept for 30 days. Print Time is not responsible to store your items.

TIME-SENSITIVE JOBS
Payment Policy
Time sensitive jobs must be approved and Paid in FULL in order to begin your job.

PRODUCT RIGHTS and CUSTOMER STOCK
Print Time reserves the right to show or post customers samples of any products we have printed and/or designed.

CUSTOMER STOCK
Print Time is not responsible for customer supplied items and submitted artwork. (Needs to be to Size & Spot Colors)
“Customer Stock” provided merchandise is supplied at customer’s own risk.

COLORS MAY VARY
Colors vary from monitor to monitor.  We cannot guarantee your monitor’s display will match actual ink colors.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Print Time reserves the right to refuse to print jobs if deems are obscene or offensive.
